1. Exchange Timeframe
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery for eligible orders.
2. Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Original packaging should be intact
- Exchange Processing Fee
A ₹99 exchange fee is applicable to cover part of the shipping and handling cost.
Reverse pickup will be arranged through our courier partners such as Delivery Direct, Ecom Express, or Xpressbees depending on serviceability.
Pickup usually takes 7–8 working days, followed by quality inspection.
4. Vouchers
Once the returned product passes inspection:
- A voucher will be given matching with the same amount within 2 working days
- Voucher can be used for the correct size or any other available product
- COD charges (if any) are non-refundable
- Voucher must be used in a single transaction
5. Price Difference During Exchange
If the selected replacement item costs more than the original product, the customer will need to pay the difference through a prepaid payment method.
6. Important Customer Responsibility
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Only the product officially selected for exchange should be handed over to the pickup executive
- We are responsible only for products registered through our exchange system
7. Non-Exchangeable Products
The following products are not eligible for exchange:
- Items purchased during Sale Events
- Products bought during Flash Sales
- Special promotional items (unless stated otherwise)
- Customized T-shirts or personalized products
8. Exchange Approval Guidelines
Exchange requests may not be approved if the product is found:
- Used
- Washed
- Soiled
- Damaged after delivery
- With stains, perfume smell, makeup marks, etc.
If an incorrect product is handed over during pickup, a ₹200 handling deduction may apply.
9. Cancellation Policy
Prepaid Orders
Prepaid orders can be cancelled only within 1 hour of placing the order.
Refunds are processed to the original payment source within 7–8 working days after approval.
Customized Orders
Customized T-shirts or personalized products cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded once the order has been confirmed.
COD Orders
COD orders can only be cancelled if the shipment has not left the warehouse.
