Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
2. Do you offer express shipping?
We currently offer standard shipping across India. Express shipping may be available for select locations at checkout, depending on serviceability.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp to stay updated on your delivery.
4. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we ship only within India.
5. What is your exchange policy?
We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and has all original tags intact.
6. Do you offer refunds?
We currently do not offer refunds. In eligible cases, we provide voucher or exchanges.
7. What if I receive a defective or wrong product?
Please share a complete unboxing video along with clear images within 12 hours of delivery, and our team will assist you with the next steps.
8. How do I choose my size?
You can refer to the size chart available on each product page for accurate sizing.
9. What if I’m between sizes?
We recommend choosing a size up for a more relaxed fit, or you can reach out to us for assistance—we’re happy to help.
10. What fabrics do you use?
We use premium 100% cotton (180 GSM), bio-washed for a soft feel, durability, and everyday comfort.
11. How should I wash my t-shirts?
We recommend a gentle hand wash or cold machine wash. Avoid harsh detergents and tumble drying to maintain quality.
12. Will the color bleed or fade?
Slight variation may occur due to lighting. For best results, wash dark colors separately during the first wash.
13. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and select wallets.
14. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, COD is available for most serviceable pin codes.
(Note: COD may not be available for certain collections or products.)
15. What makes Not so Famous different?
Not so Famous is for those who don’t chase attention but still stand out. We focus on comfortable, everyday wear with a clean, confident aesthetic.
16. How often do you restock?
Most of our drops are limited collections. Once sold out, they may or may not be restocked.
